HomeCare ($159/yr)
This is like the oil and lube change at your local spot.
Every quarter a RTS Technician will remote into your computer and perform all the necessary updates for your Windows Operating System, Java, and Adobe applications. We will also perform an audit and/or remove malware, spyware, and viruses.
HomeCare Plus (249/yr)
We will remotely monitor and re-mediate issues that may occur on your computer. Every month a RTS Technician will remote into your computer and perform all the necessary updates for your Windows Operating System, Java, and Adobe applications. We will also perform an audit and/or remove malware, spyware, and viruses. You will also have the ability to submit support tickets for assistance at no extra charge. Need help with installing the drivers for that new printer or with that application that keeps crashing? Submit a ticket and a RTS Technician will remote in and solve the problem.
